Walter Schurtenberger the founder of Multihull Technologies and Constellation Yachts has been involved with some of the most successful multihull racing projects ever undertaken. Walter worked with Nigel Irens on most of his projects from 1982 to 1992.

Our latest race boat project we completed is called "SCAT". She is also a hydrofoil sailing trimaran, 37 foot long and 37 foot wide. One of our recent projects was the "EIFO" and the UFO . The EIFO is 25 ft trimaran racing hydrofoil.

Mr. Schurtenberger developed his expertise while working on boats such as "Fuji Color I & II", "Apricot", "Formula Tag" (later renamed "Enza" for Sir Peter Blake, later "Royal Sun Alliance", now called "Team Legato" and just completed another the Round the World Race with skipper Tony Bullimore), and many more.

Multihull Technologies offers services in race boat design, construction of one off race boats along with race boat modification, and race preparation.
